At FNF Teez, we take pride in the quality of our custom apparel and designs.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Custom and Personalized

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of custom and personalized items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

  • Please double-check all details (sizes, colors, custom text) before finalizing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at fnf2teez@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after reviewing your case.

Non-Custom (Pre-Made) Items

For non-custom items (such as our original designs):

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
    If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
